Guidelines

Commissioning me will mean that you agree on accepting all the conditions present below. Any transgression of the following will lead to legal consequencesI DO NOT ALLOW ANY COMMISSIONED ART DRAWN BY ME TO BE TURNED INTO NFT OR BE SOLD THROUGH ANY OTHER CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUTE, OR TO BE USED TO TRAIN ANY KIND OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE– All prices listed are for NON commercial use. That means you are free to print, publish online and/or use my work as icon as long as I am properly credited, but you CAN’T IN ANY WAY use my work for commercial purposes.

– Prices listed may vary based on how many details does the subject requested have, and especially if the commission requires complex techniquest, since the more the details the more time I’ll have to spend on the piece. In this case prices can be discussed too
– Payment will be done via PayPal and must be made upfront
– Finishing a full commission could take from one week to a full month. Please tell me if your commission has a deadline so that I can give priority to your piece above the other requests. For the sake of the good outcome of your commission, please don’t rush me
– I retain all rights to post/use commission artwork unless otherwise discussed (terms vary for commercial-use)
– I won't provide any refund if I have already started the commission. The customer will have work in progress pictures so that they can change anything they don’t like in the process. When the commission is finished they can ask for color refinements, but not changes about the whole drawing
– I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel not comfortable in drawing the requested subject

I WILL draw

– ORIGINAL CHARACTERS: I need at least one clear picture of the subject, or a very detailed physical description of them. I might also ask for a bit of their personality or how would the customer like me to draw their character, so that I can draw the character in the best way. Please provide proper references for armors/weapons/any mechanical objects(e.g. robotic arms, mecha, etc.) involved in the commission– FICTIONAL CHARACTERS: I just need the name, the fandom they’re from and a picture of the subject in case of homonymy, or just in case you want a particular version of that character.– Ships (oc x oc, fictional character x fictional character, oc x fictional character, any sexuality, etc.)– Fanarts– Blood and creepy/dark themes– Sex

I WON’T draw

– Minors and characters with prepubescent/infant features in sexual behaviours– Extreme gore (such as guts and bowels)– Exaggerated sex/pornography– Zoophilia and animal abuse
